This is a Pepsi commercial that I was in, along with Chad Tolbert, the drummer from Asadia. This was shot at the Paramount Theater in Oakland, California.

  • there was another one that time forgot. same theme, but the lyrics are somewhat altered. Here's how the other one goes:

Hello tomorrow. Your children are here.

You can hear the new drummer. The future is clear.

A generation of change, A generation of song,

A generation of laughter coming on strong.

A generation of color like white, yellow, red.

A generation of Pepsi, a generation ahead.

    A generation...Pepsi...A generation.

Please, post it if u have it. Thank you.

  • man i tell u the 80s look so great if only i was born then but still

  • @mr2del I like that commercial and I miss it as well.

The 80s were a good time to be a kid. Good cartoons, good music, people hadn't gotten too paranoid to let kids go outside and play yet.

  • @wyldemw

The 80s are the new 50s.

  • @wyldemw yeah, but at least they combined their own styles into the mix. it sucks that they ran out of new ideas. i wish those fashion people weren't so cynical that they include every other style into today's "trends" EXCEPT big hair. i love big hair, it's much more lively looking than whatever hairstyles are around today

  • @zitalee2 Yeah, I'm tired of seeing people try to recreate the 80's without understanding what the were about. But there WAS the 50's fad that went on during the 80's which is almost the same thing as whats going on now.

  • @wyldemw yeah well we always look back on each decade as cheesy. like the 2000's for instance were pretty cheesy especially with the boho and 80's obsessions later on. at least the 80's had their own tastes and styles and they didn't have to try to be the 80's they just were.

  • @wyldemw Me too, you know, i didnt realize it back then, but the ads were shameless and cheesy were't they?

  • e reeeeeeeection e urination its like pepsi :))
