Hi
yes, usually if you want to freeze, fry them half only and when ready to serve fry again to make outer layer crispy or pop them in oven and bake...enjoy!

no offense. this is the worst way of making a triangle for samosas . There are so many easier ways and more efficient ways . Hope you are encouraged to try a different style next time

I have already posted better and enhanced way of making samosas. You can watch lentil samosa and will come to know. Hope you check out channel thorougly before writing any comments...I don't take it as offence but yes, it does help me to improve...thanx and enjoy!
