@bigislander72 yeah i agree with you guys, form isn't the best although for the good mornings i think he's making her do that action intentionally.. You generally use light weights for complexes cos you'll do about 6 to 8 sets and there's loads of reps. The weight of your exercise is determined from your one rep max of your weakest exercise.. He gives you percentages to follow in your workout program.. All examples are done with light weights
@yanchee I often wondered that too. Also is this exercise only for use with very light weight? Every example I see of these are done with the bar or very light plates.

can you explain why the back at the bentover row is rounded(also with the special good morning)?
isnt it dangerous for the spine, especialy is the weights were heavier?
