Oh what fun you get to have doing a Jet Graffiti in Kogane-cho using Potts. This is one of the bigger areas to tag, and there are many optional spots. But I tag them all, and with a character least suited for it.

Potts has some odd stats. A very low power rating, a low graffiti rating and a decent trick stat. But the gimmick here is that the power rating is false! Potts is like an inverted Goji. His power stat is equivalent to Combo's power compressed into a small bar. But of course, he does have one major drawback, which is in the number of spray cans that can be held.

Normally, the number of cans the character may stock is inversely proportional to your graffiti rating. Low tagging ability means very easy spray patterns and the ability to hold a lot of spray cans (like 30+). But you score less points from tags overall. Having a higher tag skill gives you a lot of points from tagging, but you have more complex spray patterns and less can capacity (Usually 15-20). This character is one of the special cases where he has low tagging ability and bad spray capacity. He may hold at most 7 spray cans maximum, and only has the easy spray patterns. This means that if you screw up while spraying an X-Large tag, you need to go grab more spray cans to finish it later. It can be tough to clear many tags with this limit, but this is how you deal with it. To get better stage ratings using Potts, you have to make up for the loss in tagging points with technique.

Potts, the GG's mascot, is a hidden unlockable character that can be obtained by unlocking everyone else (including the 3 rival gangs), then beating a challenge issued to you by the Noise Tanks in the beginning of Chapter 3.

  • I'm starting to take a liking to Garam. Though Piranha is pretty cool too.
