I Am A1C Jim Miller, Chaplain's Assistant. Was At IRS 1964-66. Played Basketball With Communications Squadron. Played Organ In Base Band With Tommy Knight And Tom Spears. Do Not Remember Adrian Playing In The Band Unless it was Before I Started Playing. We Had A Black Lead Singer We Called Priest, And A Young Kid Playing Base Guitar. Tommy Knight And I Live In And Around Greensboro, NC. I Was Originally From West Virginia. The Video Was Great And True To Form. Thank You

Very nicely done. I was a 292x2 (a 2T type) stationed there from 1963-65. I've never forgotten those days although this video helped bring back some faded details. Thanks for taking the time to produce this.

Wow! A great video. It brings back such vivid memories. I was stationed there from Aug., 1964 through Feb., 1966. The time era covered by this video seems to coincide with the same time.
I was stationed there at the same time as Tom Spears who played with the "Band". In fact, I think that is him depicted in your video.
Anyway, thanks for a great video that really captures the true heart of the base and brought back a multitude of memories, both good and bad.

@Roferr1 . Thanks for the comments. You are right about the era (1965 - 66), and yes, that is Tom Spears. I roomed with the drummer in the band, and knew Tom through him.

@3607a You just made my day, month and year with that statement. It was my hope that the video would touch people and spark memories of the old base. Thanks for letting me know. If I might ask who is your grandad and when was he there. You may respond privately to jackbcjr@yahoo.com

Glad you enjoyed it Brian. It seems that vets of IAS from all eras (50s thru 90s) feel the same way. It was a special place.
