Great clip from a great era. Sorry about the poor quality, This is one of the greatest boogie/rock-n-roll bands in existence at one of their best periods. No one, absolutely no one does this stuff like this any more.
I AGREE BILLY NO LONGER PLAYS THIS WAY! Their work from the early 70's in SOOOO much more diverse. Better tones and more interesting soloing. His voice in pretty weak no too. Oh well, still cool.
Love this! Makes me wish you could go back in time and see them before they went synth-crazy. FWIW I think this was shot at Forth Worth (Tarrant CC), not the Summit.
not worried one bit about the quality bro i appreciate you for sharing this priceless footage of the best band in the world ,rock on ZZ TOP,YOUR THE REAL DEAL,ROCK ON
Is there any more footage from this show? Or if you know how to get a hold of some footage from the Worldwide Texas Tour or anything else from the 70's, that would be super awesome!
Wow, this is beyond cool. My how times have changed.

Sadly, Billy no longer plays this way. Also, there are so very few videos of them in the 70's. Thi sis a real gem, thank you.
