You should have used an adjustment layer instead of merging all they layers then just changing the overall color. That way it would be more editable if you ever wanted to change it in the future!

At 3:19 I don't know if I'm the only one but i can't shift click them. It just goes to the one I'm clicking at. I really hate it i've tried everything...

ok, you could try right clicking the bottom one, click "merge layers" then repeat until its all one layer
