okay i redeemed a code for a 12 month gold okay then it sed more info as in your zip code where your from what city and so on and so forth will it happen with with the microsoft points cuz i live in a city that is in Asia and it dosent say that when your going to choose where your from .... long story short i need help bad can any one help or something like that

@thingblue12 Hey, some countries and cities still do not have access to Xbox Live servers locally. However here's a quick tip. Check out the list of countries where Xbox Live is available and choose the closest country to yours. On your account update your country and address to one that is in that country. This way you should get a pretty decent connection and you will get access to Xbox Live. Enjoy Gaming!

@Kamikazee011 Hi no problem thank you. The menus should upgrade automatically when you log into Xbox Live. The Xbox dashboard shown in this video is actually an older version, there was a recent update with the release of Kinect. To answer your question however, all you need to do is hook your console up to Xbox Live and you should receive the update automatically. Hope this helps

@ElectronicFirst Uh, I recently brought a Xbox Live Card (Gold three months) from a 7-11 (Grocery store) The code wasn't scratched off or anything, it was clean. When I went home to redeem my code... The code was valid. I've tried over & over again to redeem the code, but "code isn't valid" kept coming up.. Any suggestions?
