  • Perhaps not explicit enough, I loved that! Now, where can I get that on cd?

  • Hey, I'm sorry I didn't answer youir question promptly. Sometimes I lose track of the video comments I recieve. The song is called "Journey Through Satchitananda" from the album of the same name. The version I recorded is not available on cd yet to my knowlege. If you can contact Carlos Nino, the event organizer, you may be able to get a professional DVD copy of the performance. Another album you may enjoy is "World Galaxy" by Alice Coltrane. Thank you for taking an interest. Peace be with you.

  • Yeah. They began and ended with "JTS" and placed a modal improv in the middle.

  • wow i always hear those 2 brothers names...Carlos Nino and Miguel Atwood-Ferguson when it comes to jazz and LA

this is great very forward thinking

  • where was this at, please come to dallas texas

  • Hehe okay, I've already listened to most of Alice's discography but thank you for the tip anyways. Just thought a studio recording of that (and more material perhaps) would be absolutely dope to have, because it is one hell of a gig and the instrumentation is just simply fantastic. That professional DVD copy of the performance sounds like a good plan, Ill give it a try. With Peace from Sweden :)

  • That was so cool, where can I get this on cd?

  • not sure what song this is at the beginning, but by the end the bass is doing Journey In Satchidananda
