Ativan lesson number #2

I will confront this psychiatrist in god knows what manner for disappearing nine days with NO doctor on call, No explanation.. i can just see him in his high dollar home with his arms behind his back relaxing and just as calm as can be.. and here i am (the patient) fucked and having no choice but to take matters into my own!!! Very convinient to have OVER a week off and no communication with the whole entire staff including himself. I just feel abandoned, back stabbed.. all for what.. a pill pushing DOCTOR. My temporary antidote (xanax) is helping me for now until i see him in a few days.. i will be polite, but i will let him KNOW!

Doctors shutting down over Xmas..... that is bad. In the UK there is generally a service 24/7 all year round if you need it and it is free on the NHS. Only drawback, specifically getting a psychiatrist on the NHS takes weeks before you can get an appointment and you have to be referred by your GP. Caught your last couple of posts and they are interesting. You must find that speaking on these videos helps - and it is a lot less expensive for you? I'm all for sharing thoughts and feelings. :)

@ADNorthEast brilliant comment.. i think you said it all about expressing my feelings making these videos.. i will look back at this and cringe one day or say what was i thinking or doing.. but in the end, i would not wish this or "these" experiences to anybody... so yes i film my mistakes, and experiences so hoefully someone watches this and gets a heads up.. hopefully.

@dave24ie yes I know the risk about making videos like this but I see him tomorrow and I will MAKE him lower my ativan to. 50 ango lower in two months perhaps to. .25mg. Yet another lesson learned. Again. Im not going to fail this time. Once I taper off, he wont see my money anymore.

thank you for keeping up with my updates.. i cannot expressive in words how bad it feels and what happens when you run out just even for one day!!! I will have my appointment on the 5th of Jan.. and i will let him know what all i had to do during his special extra long week and half off.I will end this nightmare with benzos and ask for a better safe alternative.. there HAS to be one!! if not, then i will tell that "pill puser" to kiss my you know what.

How can you come on here, and make videos "reviewing" a medication you were only on for 30 days? And you didn't have a bad experience with the pill itself, you had a bad experience because you neglected to take it and you went through cold turkey withdrawal!

Paxil can help a lot of people, some people it doesn't help. But the pill doesn't cause the issue. The w/d does. And if you had pony up the funds to the DR, you could have gotten the meds from your doctor instead of going through the w/d!

Man my heart goes out to you This shit is terrible makes you wonder why a god or genetics would allow this to happen to a organism. Depression and the chronic pain it causes is deadly in the long term.

Thanks so much for making this video. I'm down to taking three quarters of a pill before bed..still wake up early but feel much clearer in the head in the morning.
