Program is very easy to use. Plug in camera, run the app, click WRITE, when you're finished, click STOP and the AVI file is there ready to go.

Remember, Canon 40D doesn't have video recording function, only Live View.

Hey that's interesting- I have a 50D but I never know how to record anything thru the live-view via the UBS cable from my camera. So how did you capture the recording into your pc exactly? What programs you use? Yeah what resolution?
