Mr. Bondaruk , your teaching of S&T is the best by far! I've been working on S&T for about 2 years with mixed results. Until seeing your explanation of the upper-body stretch in the backswing, the lower-center pendulum, and the "spring-loaded" idea in your videos, I couldn't put it all together. You really show how to make this work. I can't thank you enough, I'm now hitting a 'push draw' on a consistent basis, and know how to repeat the swing I want.

Mr Bondaruk is the best teacher of the S&T. He's gotten me into a really nice position to tuck and extend, so I'm striking it much better. In this vid, I like that both arms get a lot of energy from connection to the chest. Always, his club never comes close to horizontal. He's fixed a lot of confused S&T'ers, like me. (I should toss the confusing S&T vids and book, and just watch Mr. Bondaruk's youTube vids. But, I guess they are paid for and have some detail that is helpful.)
