Re: Dr Zakir Naik - Exclusion Order

I wish to express my disappointment at your decision to exclude Dr Zakir Naik, the eminent Islamic Scholar from India, from entering the United Kingdom to conduct a series of lectures as part of a Peace Conference.

Your decision goes against the values of freedom and social justice that we hold dear in our country, and will impede the promotion of integration and harmony between the diverse peoples of this land. Your decision is likely to alienate the very people we seek to promote our values to.

I would urge you to re-consider your decision in the name of freedom and social justice and withdraw this exclusion order immediately.

Thanks but no thanks for spreading misinformation. Zakir Naik never disrespected any religion since its not allowed in Islam to disrespect other faiths.

"And insult not those whom they (disbelievers) worship besides Allah, lest they insult Allah wrongfully without knowledge." [Q 6:106]

And yeah Prophet Mohammed(saw) did'nt called himself a shia or sunni. He was just a Muslim. People who follow Quran and Sahih Hadith are known as Muslims. Those who don't are called Namesake.

first you read Quran and Hadith properly and try to interpret it and then tell everybody else. Faisal Shazad (Time square Bomber) is sentenced for life term in Prison. He consider himself as "Muslim Soldier". I thank him for his declaration because now I clearly know that Muslim kills innocent human being through bomb blast. Zakir Naik is Pathetic.

First of all I salute you for giving me answer in very nice manner because usually I get very bad answers on various forums.

Futher more The Holy Quran itself is criticism of religion like Christianity, Jews and idol worshipping. If The Holy Quran itself has criticised and disrespected other religious community then how you expect that nobody will criticise your religion. Are Muslims suffering from superiority complex? Despite that there religion is not superior than other religion.
