it's usual procedure for a cop to be paid while under investigation. you don't take pay away until after an investigation has concluded. the investigation cleared him, by the way.

Yeah cops can beat up our youth because their skateboarding and get away scott free. Maybe if cops actually were nice in how the ask skaters to leave or simply give them a warning in a polite manner maybe there wouldn't be so much fucking tension. I've seen videos were 10-13 year old kids were taken off to jail and they were being respectful and followed what the bacon told em to do.
