Crap New Iphone 4s, problems after two days use

I got this brand new iphone 4s 16gb, and here is some amazing problems that happened after two days after i got it. I used it with gentle care, no crash did not hit anything. i was totally shocked when it happened, and recorded as a evidence to show all of you. Apple iphone is a crap!!!

@itsyoboy561 i did reset the phone, restore it from the iphone, restore it from iTunes, no work at all. so end up i exchanged a 4th iPhone within a week. so disappointed
