Horses should not be slaughtered but neither should Cows. If your against horse slaughter then (if you do) why would you eat cow, pig or chicken meat? I find that people are judging the rights of animals by their looks.
To not eat a horse, cat or dog yet to eat a cow, chicken or pig? why?
Horse slaughter cannot be justified neither can the slaughter of pigs, cows or chickens.

Maybe they should start showing the owners of these horses, the ones who abandoned them. Stopping slaughter is not going to solve anything just make it worse. These horses will die the same way no matter where they are. Maybe even suffer worse deaths at the hands of their owners. Stopping slaugher is like building a dam in a river. If you don't have a game plan before the dam then there is going to be a flood. Flood of unwanted mistreated horses.

This is what happens when YOU VOTE TO BAN REGULATED PROCESSING IN USA BY USDA PLANTS!!! I think horse slaughter is horrid, but we ARE NOT GOING TO STOP IT THE REST OF THE WORLD so in stead our horses should NOT be shipped to mexico to enure this. The bad hurt the horse the most.
