  • Hi Kai. I've been watching lots of your videos and you make my mouth drool all the time!

Id like to ask you a few questions though:

Most of your food is made in a wok. Is that the only way to do it?

Second: This "Fish sauce" you use in lots of your recipes, is there another ingredient you can use instead of this? I dont live anywhere near an asian market and im abit sad i dont have this, since i got most of the other ingredients.

    Keep on cooking!

    1. Yes, I use wok alot. wok can stir fry, deep fried, boil, and steam your foods..

    2. "fish sauce" is salty liquid made from fishs, squids, or crabs by add in water and salt. If you want I can sent you one for free.

  • I thought Thai ice tea has condensed milk in it.

  • If your tea is hot you can use condensed milk. But, Iced Tea is cold so I use half & half.

  • Wow that looks awesome. Would it be ok to use regular tea?

  • Thai's tea had more flavor than your regular tea bag. I buy mine only $2.75 for 10 oz whitch can make about 32 glass.

  • do you work at klytv

  • Hi KAI, don't you use a cotton tea sock to filter tea?

  • To toby; you can get fish sauce at most local supermarkets now. Giant has it, even Redner' Warehouse markets. Just go to international food section. They sell it. Ive made dishes using a reg fry pan. Ive even used olive oil/ couple Tbls/med heat, & it came out great, although it wasnt deep fried. Still good.

  • Thai ice tea= the most amazing drink in the world!!! :)

  • Can I use any regular loose black tea or does it have to be the Thai tea mix ?
