@jenniferjuniper97 was probably at that show also wild times huh.....never been/heard of NAACP shows at Hughes....saw Pink Floyd and Hughes around 1994, stage was three stories high and took three days to build

@hemet92544 I remember one at Chavez in 1993. Have been a fan since early '80s. I miss those NAACP Blues Festivals at Hughes Stadium.

Who remembers these guys doing barn burner shows in downtown Sacramento Ceasar Chavez park in the 1990's!!! once every year, for FREE. thousands of people would show up, the shows were INSANE!

rick is such a great singer also. he is all his own style . charlie wails on guitar. and the rythum ]]section is so tight. i heard of these guys on a a cable music staion in n.y. get the album called thats big .its great.
