They're not SAS they are PMC's (Private Military Contractors)

1.) because of the multiple nationalities

2.) There driving Armored SUV's (famous for PMC Transport)

3.) PMC company's and contractors are allowed free access and freedom to work in Iraq

4.) (SPOILER) they shot and neutralized their prisoners who attempted to run because they have no ROE (rules of engagement)

5. (SPOILER) I doubt a special forces unit British or American would get wiped out that easy

SAS is a special unit. Marines are not. Marines are the landing force of the United States Navy...

And these guys were no Marines they were Army Soldiers!

The Green Berets, the US Navy Seals, The Marine Recons and the Pararescue are the Special Forces of the US Military.

Those are comparable to the SAS.
