Swietny trening, bardzo inspirujacy, Niesamowita sila. Mam nadzieje ze szybko noga sie zregeneruje. Wspominajac historie Livewire'a trening silowy gornych partii podczas kontuzji nogi wyjdzie Ci tylko na dobre:) Pozdrawiam!

@elgato49 In October I had a series of performances in Abu-Dhabi and on the last day I tried a new jump (cat pass to precision on the rails) and the rail I landed on collapsed and my knee bent too strongly in an unusual way. Well, as you can see, I'm avoiding landing on my left leg in this vid. But I'm quite OK now and slowly coming back to jumping as I did before. While recovering I worked on my upperbody mostly, so I gained some strength but I'm still not happy with its level ;)
