This video is of the Civil War Living History event that took place at Clover Hill Village for the 145th anniversary of Lee's surrender. The two living history groups shown are Lee's Lieutentants and the Federal Generals Corps.

The video was shot by Lindsey Ward. The photos were taken by Lindsey Ward, Amanda Brown, and Sandy Michel. The music was written and performed by Stan Clardy, and is used with permission.

  • This is a great video. The cabin used in it where Lee/Grant were signing the papers was the cabin my grandmother and her 11 sibings were raised. The Pryor Martin Cabin. Also my uncle Purvis Martin preached in the Wesley Chapel on the site. I was very proud to be there when this video was shot. Preservation of our history is very important to me. Thanks, Alice B.   • Perhaps you could lower the volume of the Country music in the background? It is overpowering the Video. Either that, or use instrumental music only. (The music really took away from the event.
