aha! the single, double and triple paradiddle routine Steve White showed me this as a warm up routine, i hadn't played rudiments for years and was suprised how hard they are to play well, but 10-20 mins a day really improves your playing, well worth persavering with ( I know there's some shocking spelling in this)

I'm not entirely sure what a Paradiddle is, it's surface area or general shape...what it's interests are...but I'm intrigued :) If I was a Magpie and you a shiny thing, I'd pick you up! Mesmerizing
