Romeo, our 19-pound grey cat, is the designated wake-up artist. He rousts me every morning so that I can feed all eight cats. It isn't a pretty process. But this is a demonstration recorded while I was down with a cold and trying to nap while Romeo thought it was time for dinner.

    my cat does the same. at first she put her paws on my face saying "hey buddy, wake up" and if i try to ignore her she does it again..... but with claws out (just landing them on me, no harm) "you feel that? last time, wake---up"
