LYRICS:

This healthy, unhealthy voice,
Sits learnin for you,
Your healthy, unhealthy voices,
It's several for me

Now who wants to live their soul's desire
Way down we're born to realize
One sobering thought was forced upon
We shall know,
We'll know

These slivers and worn out feet
Reminder joining us
To the rest, to the rest, the rest is yet to come,
To the rest, all the best, the best is yet to come

Now who wants to live their soul's desire
Way down we're born to realize
One sobering thought was forced upon
We shall know,
We'll know

Our silent stare
Brings the creeping cold
We'll feel you walking in
But feel you walking out
Your silent stare
Brings us closer still
And all who want to
Keep buying in

Now who wants to live their soul's desire
Way down we're born to realize
One sobering thought was forced upon
We shall know,
We'll know

  • @Jacob345ification Oh god that shouldnt be mentioned on a Chevelle video they're so terrible

  • @Crimson126 More sales at the time? Idk, worked on me, bought this album twice :D and don't care TAKE MY MONEY BOYS!!!

  • I've never heard this!??!?!? Leto's headache....as it Jared Leto? LOL

  • I honestly have no idea why they decided to make this a bonus track.. this would have been a hit for sure. December 6 everyone.

  • Respond to this video... I've never really been able to discuss why Chevelle means so much to me....it goes beyond.

  • @Kudblythe3 Thanks for the meaningful reply sir...you are right. Tool is a major influence of Chevelle, and I must say I enjoy Tool as well, but Chevelle is definitely its own monster....its simpler to some people, but to me its so much more complex....they have a way of fucking blowing up my mind with a few words...and that guitar sound...its hard to explain. I just want to say yes... you can be influenced by a great band...but completely use that influence to develop an original style.

  • @ethersoul the only band i know of that can match chevelles amazing metaphoric meaning is of course tool. i dont compare them because they are worlds apart in music, but one of pete's biggest influences is maynard. you can definatly hear it in his lyrics and vocals.

  • I am at a loss for words, just when I think I've heard them all, they give me a new reason to exist...how deep and amazing is this sound! Who can ever match this? never, this sound/color they paint with this unique music is the darkest most beautiful abyss I have ever fallen to.

  • @TheRealMusic73 Download aTube catcher so you can download songs from youtube.

  • Pete's voice = unparralelled. This is one of my favorite choruses of any Chevelle song
