This weekend I tinkered with XNA - the framework Microsoft offers for game development on Xbox 360 consoles (and PCs and Windows Phone 7 too). This video shows what I have managed to come up with so far.

- Printing text on screen (so awesome!),
- Detecting and responding to input from the 360 controller,
- Loading avatars (both random and my own),
- Placing and moving a camera in 3D space (haven't got full freedom of movement yet, camera is locked to looking at point 0 on the Z plane)

Small steps, but happy to have moved from where I started yesterday.
