August 29, 2012 - Ann Romney spoke at the Latino Coalition luncheon the day after her GOP Convention speech. Among other awkward moments, the one that got media coverage was Ann's statement that Latinos need to get rid of some of their "biases."

And when I said I'm pretty conservative I guess I meant that I want a small, conservative government. Not neoconservatives who want to keep marriage in government hands and tell us what we can and can't put in our bodies, that are basically liberals with slightly different morals, rather a conservative that believes in a small government and small spending, the kind that freed the slaves and passed the civil rights laws in the 50's and 60's when freedom lovers still voted republican.

All those things you said are if it were a Christian country. Christians and conservatives are usually pretty tight but not always hand in hand. It may be worth noting I don't really like to identify with any party, I think the party system is the number one thing holding America back. If people voted based on good and bad rather than party affiliations, we'd be in a much better place. BTW I'm very, very learned on senseless Christian terrorism.
