Sunday Gravy Italian style
Yes I know the video is long but it's hard to make a short video with this recipe.
Remember to let the GRAVY cook for like 3 or 4 hours after you add the meat and stir occasionally

  • I try to use the best...but if there's a good sale I usually buy what's on sale :)

  • so sad, you left Frankie and moved to Florida. Posts have been boring since........

  • @ma5468 if you feel like that then you have a pleasant surprise coming your way ;)

  • @PrincessDiana161 Diana, u Italian? I grew up in New Orleans like the poster below, which I grew up amongst Italians. New Orleans has a lot of Italian Americans. I learned to make a mean Sunday gravy. I put meatballs, Italian sausage, pork chops, hard boiled eggs, and sometimes chicken drumsticks. I serve it with angel hair pasta. That's how my best friend's Sicilian great grandmother showed me. I'm Spanish, but when I cook a Sunday gravy, I could pass for Italian, lol.

  • @IslenoGutierrez No...I'm Spanish :)

  • Grew up in New Orleans and my father was a great cook. His meatballs were to die for and he did the same as you raw into the "red gravy" only difference in ingredients is the Romano cheese added to the seasoned bread crumbs. I sure miss pappa Joe and his Sunday "gravy"!!

  • @jcrefasi1 Awwwww (((hug)))
