Second track from Masato Honda's most recent album, Solid State Funk.

Robert must have been a happy guy, as his melody is intoxicatingly-cheerful and typical of a MH chart, further rendered sentimental through his typical instrumentation he uses for his more sentimental tracks. As the main melody gets further developed, the track also features a number of piano breaks and improv that add some needed contrast to the flute lead sections. We eventually head right into a laid-back guitar solo and another piano solo, while the backing parts continue to build up from the middle of the piece. The piece concludes with one last statement of the main melody and a flute solo from Masato himself.

Of course, now, the best way to follow up a nice lil' tune like this is to go something more groovy...
