I think this exersize is good to make you go and hunt hands!!!!
-
Yo, I think your supposed to sit on it...

@ukmale164 But they usually punch with one hand at a time, it would be silly to build a piece of equipment that simulates a zombie with it's arms in front ;)
-
Can't you incorporate 2 arms as human being have 2. this would be great if it resembled a human more
-
i think you can make this your self...?
-
I like the concept!

is there a way to make my own??? please let me know or show me some type of video, because i really want to train in wing chun but there is not school around me.
-

0:31 why did you punch the wood?
Hey, Man I am not the guy in video, but I do make the equipment he is training on and train W/C for about 5 years. Best advise is if you can find a school for W/C you cant go wrong. It is a very scientific art, and you will be amazed on what can be done when you learn correctly from someone who really knows the science of the art. Next best thing would be get ome good instructional dvds, and a training partner you can do countless drills with, or ,or the Rice bag trainer . Contact me@57061905147

Its great for practicing pak da and tan da drills. It doesnt look like it can provide gan da drills. Can the padded spring arm be pulled down to simulate low punch or kick to allow gan da drills?

Hey thanks man. James from Warrior. Every piece of equipment has a limitation, and this one is ideal for upper gate drills as you see in video. When you dont have a partner it is perfect. You can mount the padded arm 90 degrees to back board instead of a 45 degree angle as you see. If you like more info give me a call at 570 619-5147, or send me your number. I can send you our product dvd if you are interested. Thanks Jim

Wow, that's a pretty cool idea. Is it mounted to a separate post or is it a garage support? Looks like a great way to stick to opponent arm and use full power strikes, elbow, biu, fak, knee, etc... Then you can play golf (clubs in background) on the off days. :)

Hey, James from Warrior. Yes it is mounted to a 4 x 4 post in my garage. It is a great tool for exchanging energy when you dont have a partner. Very observant, seeing those golf clubs. Cant wait to break those out in a couple of months. contact for product info. Jim 570 619-5147
