  • You can't target where you want the fat to burn off. Your body decides, not you. Doing this exercises will not give you flat abs. 1. Stop being lazy on your couch 2. Do cardio 3. Have a proper nutrition 4. Dedication 5. Continue for a few months to years - That is how you get abs. Everyone has it, just under a layer of fat. But since you can't target where the fat burns off, then burn off most of your fats from cardio. 95% Nutrition and 5% exercise. Exercise won't work alone.
