Some certificates dont have the numbers but every one can get the small little yellow card with them on there. There are many different copies of your Birth cert., only the little yellow card has those numbers.

Isn't the UCC good because of its uniformity and consistency? I think Sharia Law is more severe than the UCC, at least the UCC doesn't condone killing religious minorities, gays, or amputating reformable thieves.
