The targetted price is $199, mass manufacturing starting in March. It's n LCOS based headmounted display connected with an Android box that you can have in your pocket. That Android powered box runs apps, can also output Android to your HDTV using an MHL connector. It can tether through your smartphone for internet connectivity and stream the video from the headset to any Android supported live video streaming services, be it ustream, google+ hangouts, justin.tv and more.

@PacoBell I think the HMD is SVGA 800x600, camera streams VGA 640x480 or 320x240, the point is to live stream the video over the internet, so I think that's in the Android camera setting. Maybe they do support 16:9 resolutions (640x360 and 320x180) and higher resolution less likely streamable resolutions, to be confirmed.
