Our High Performance Trayformers are ideal for any application where product is placed on a tray and shrink wrapped. This rugged, heavy-duty machine is unique, built with 4" tubular steel frame. The tray is vacuumed from the ratchet feed hopper area, driven to the forming area by means of a bottom belt drive. As the tray passes the glue head, the glue is applied. Then the tray is formed by the male forming mandrel contacting the blank, driving the tray into the female forming section. This machine is totally hand wheel adjustable within the machine design specifications. Its adaptability and versatility make it ideal for virtually any application.
