BMW 507 cruising

Filmed in Nor California, just some shots cruising in a newly restored BMW 1957 507. The 507, powered by an aluminum v8, was one of the first footsteps BMW made into the USA. Intended to revive BMW's sporting image, the 507 instead took BMW to the edge of bankruptcy -- the company's losses for 1959 were DM 15 million. The company lost money on each 507 built, and production was terminated in late 1959. Only 252 were built, plus two prototypes.

Yeah, I would have, but there was just wind noise, and you could not hear the engine at all. This was filmed using a Canon packet camera, so no external audio source was possible.

Nice car, but you shouldn't have added music. You should have just left it as the natural engine noise.
