@XITheGuyIX .... well in New Zealand cops DO care very much, but they wouldn't be so dramatic as to have sooo many cops turn up to deal with him. Like I said in my earlier comment, they would have made sure he was safe by giving him a ride home and NOT treat him like a criminal. It would have been different if he was behind the wheel of a car drunk. Why didn't they just put him in the back of the police car and take him home. BTW it's laughable when you said that Americans care about everyone!!

I don't get it, he was not using any sort of vehicle, and not harassing anyone, he was just abit slow to get home, and he was not standing/lying on the road.
If he just lived down the street, why not just drive him home, and make sure he gets to bed safely?
