  • It's a really good metaphor of mindfulness and I am also a mindfulness practinioner. I have a questosion. You said that the negative emotions are still there settled. Dr David Hawkins teaches about getting rid of these emotions, not settling them down. It's called Releasing technique. Could it be dangerous to our emotional health?

  • This is really going over well on Huffington Post. The explanation is so simple for kids, but even more practical for adults since they are, of course, much 'cloudier'. Thanks!
