Ouch, poor arms..double time. i remember shots being worse too. maybe you mean excema...but thats not siriosis related..hmm i get excema really bad sometimes. anyways..i was cracking up about the doc asking about your sexuality..they might send you to a camp to set you straight (pun intended). were those sunflower seeds shelled or deshelled? i cant ponder this until i know! glad you got out

You're a brave woman to get those shots. Last summer my dad had a physical shceduled for me and when we went to the doctor's I was ok with everything else except the shot. I was so nervous and shaky that I didn't even get it. Ever since then I've been trying to summon up enough courage to go back and get it done but I've just haven't been able to. But now, after watching your video, maybe I will. Thank you.

Seriously, its only in your mind. I *hate* needles. But if i looked the other way as they were doing it, it just feels like a small pinch, its the odd feeling of the liquid going into your system that feels odd, but not painful. You should go in, you'll be even more healthy (:

I don't trust vaccines, be careful with those because they can cause brain damage etc, google 'vaccine facts' etc
