Umbilical Brothers copycats at Baltic Princess cruise ship

I was at Baltic Princess cruise ship (Helsinki - Tallinn - Helsinki) in 16th of May and I was very suprised that in the nightshow there were this two guys doing same routine as Umbilical Brothers. I didint have my camera ready then but I decided to go back, just to film that show and to show you how they are copyed Umbilical Brothers act!

Show's name was "Welcome to Estonia" and it was produced by Dance Factory (http://www.dancefactory.ee). I think they have teached this routine to a number of people, since this two males in this video was different than 3 weeks ago.

If you hate copying other peoples fantastic acts and making money with other peoples work, like this video and write a comment for what you think about this. Let's make the whole Internet angry to these copycats!

Wow. Not sure why you would copy The Umbi Bros, when this is something straight out of their wackiness and unique to them, in the first place. They have been doing what they do for maaany years, and everyone is bound to have a copy cat but atleast with the boys you're left to speculate how they do it, and get a great laugh in the process. Love the bros but it makes you wonder what Shane and David would think of someone copying their routine, and apparently quite frequently?

@LadyJer I did contact to Shane and David via Facebook and show'd 'em this video, they even gave me tickets to their show here in Finland and I met them after the show too. We didin't discuss if they are doing anything to prevent future copying but they were great guys.

@Kiraneechan Yeah, the show was awful, they performed it even worse than 3 weeks ago. But what you can expect, they are no Umbilical Brothers whose performance is flawless every time.

@kieku87 Oh cool! That's awesome. Glad you brought it up to them on fb and awesome they freakin gave you tickets! Talk about great guys indeed! Who wouldn't love them, but I seriously think that copy cat'ing them is more an insult to their comedic genius than a compliment really. Awesome still what came out of it for you! So happy for you.

even worse? (sight) I´m with you then, I had a bit of faith thinking "well just one night". And also I expect a bit of professionalism, things like the audience of the corners can see the trick, so perform the sketch carefully, rehearse the show more or if you can´t perform the show without show the trick, don´t do it ´cause the grace that the sketch have is just that : think about how they do it, if you see the trick... the grace then gone.
