What is a big deal doing flips here and there? That flip may give their Adrenalin run high, to help get through quicker. In parkour, you interact with a given environment, right? This case, downtown in a city, they probably felt they should amaze and entertain the public in exchange for using the space. Anyhow I'd think I'd be lucky if I run into these guys. We don't mind some flashy moves as long as they don't harm us. Oh well, except bus drivers who get distracted causing accidents. lol

A true Traceur needs not to flip and trick and amuse the public, but to elude the naked eye.
Hah! you can quote me on that if you'd like.
It's true, Parkour isn't about being flashy. It is literally meant to get from point "A" to point "B" in the shortest amount of time possible. "Free Running" or "extreme running" is often mistaken for Parkour because they incorporate a lot of the same movements. At the same time, parkour isn't necessarily fun to watch. Mostly because it isn't flashy. So it's not fair to say that they aren't doing Parkour, they're just incorporating "Free running" elements for flare.

alot of this is parkour but other parts show freerunning, pretty much the difference is parkour is for getting from point A to point B as efficiently and quickly as possible (as secondsunn4 said) but the difference that makes this more freerunning is all the random backflips, front flips, etc.
