@jewey896 They didn't. Especially over a Tony. Kristin has her own Tony win from 'You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown'. So I doubt any rift would be cause over it.

i honestly have a hard time seeing that, as they made nessa a powerless dependent personality disorder, actaully gave Glinda a great deal of depth, completely changed the Dillimond plot, removed the wizards and glindas power, gave elphie far too much power, completely eliminated Fiyero's family and actually made Elphaba humanlilke and likable. IN the book shes not wicked, but she's still a bitch. COmpletely different plot and story, just same charachters, but not really

@omnigeek13 Actually, most of the events in the play come from the book. They changed a lot of things, took out some parts, and decided on a different ending, but all in all, it was true to the idea of re-envisioning the Wicked Witch.

taye seemed more happy and exciting about idina getting the award than idina herself! haha although that could just be her nerves and shock that she's feeling at the moment. either way, i love those 2 <3 truly one of hollywood & broadway's best and inspiring couple ever!
