@Blitzfrenzy78 This one also has a nice arsenal of attacks, as its attack are based on your morality. And you at least don't die here when the insanity meter depletes completely.

That form looked cooler and better on the first one since you could do more attacks and the special attacks were pretty awesome.

You don't ACTUALLY transform into that. You only see yourself as that. So the "transformation" is only visible to the player. This is explained in the bonus level of Suffer 1. If the guards saw you turn into that they would probably murder you on the spot because you were a mutant. That's why it's called the "insanity" meter. Not the "kill enough shit and change into this badass murder machine"
