  • I'm not sure if you added the "Did you know?" bubbles or not, but Voyager 1 and 2 are 17 and 14 billion, not trillion, kilometers from the Earth. If it were trillion, it would mean they were ~1.8 and ~1.5 light years away, which is almost half-way to the next nearest star, which is not the case. This video is still outstanding. I am a huge fan of your channel.

  • @shawnsonium Urgh! Thank you so much for pointing that out. I did write them - I was so paranoid that I had made a typo somewhere! I've made a correction with an annotation. Thanks again!

  • Carl bitchslapped the viewership with his answer to the "So what?" question. Sagan for life!

  • If Carl was still alive and ran for president, we would of already put humans on Mars

  • I'm sure this got the GOP pissed off...

  • No dislikes.... Thats huge..... And posted in 2011..... Where do i meet people like you?

  • @djmana Solaris is still "maximus" in my books.....

  • @fidefreestyle I believe he said "5th smallest planet" although now Pluto is considered a dwarf planet amongst many others in the Kuiper belt, knocking Pluto out of the planet status...... which makes Earth the 4th smallest planet (under this new definition)..... 1. Mercury, 2. Mars, 3. Venus.... then 4. Earth...... in size.... not distance from Solaris Maximus..... (or minimus...... or medius..... whatever fuck).... lol

  • @comface yeah....... for real..... he is a real consciousness raiser..... and I emphasize the IS..... his consciousness transcends the 3rd dimension....

  • @franksters08 If any man; not blinded by false treasures, religion, hate and intolerance and greed. And was a strong spirit interested in truth and freedom, science. we wouldnt have our wars, and yes, be would be beyond Mars.

  • We need more people like Carl .

  • did he say "the 5th planet, Earth"?

  • @franksters08 Oh man you're so right! If only a US presidential candidate like him would make it through the primaries and that is on a winning party (But not republican of course lol), I will so vote for him! Hell I'll even pay people to vote for him! xD This guy is just amazing. Why didn't I know about him when I was a kid, it would've changed my life. I would have looked up to him. This is someone people should look up to. Society would be a lot better and happy too! Peace!

  • Callum, what a wonderful work!

    Thanks man.
