@inPB Every computer (every with Windows, that is, including Windows 7) comes with free speech recognition software that is almost as good as the famous $100+ Dragon software. I use it all the time. It's called Speech Recognition.

You can also use Voice Finger ( voicefinger.cozendey.com ) to click using your voice. Just say "click left" and here you go.
Ah, it also moves the mouse and hit keys by voice.

@inPB I use my left hand and not right hand.

just holding my hand over the mouse and moving it around hurts, without even gripping it or clicking. there is no such thing as "ergo" with mouses, keyboards, or chairs. the cure is in body mechanics and in the case of this or with painters your basically screwed, the body wasn't designed to do small repetitive motions like this. that's why it's called Repetitive Strain Injury. the buildup in the 'nerve tunnels' is PERMANENT, and even if you get it surgically removed it returns many times faster

I click a lot. My mouse is worn out and my beautiful long fingers have been reduced to stumps.
That is why I hate mice.
So I want an intelligent device that I can talk to using commands such as "Left click immediately you intelligent mouse device you" : )
You get the drift.
"Click right, mister. Now scroll down two lines. I said TWO you nitwit intelligent mouse device you!"
Being able to command a computer mouse would be great.

@psstheyyou There is voice command software in the market, and it was also integrated in Windows 3.11. For some reasons that was not so popular, as Microsoft does not propose it moire integrated into Windows.
Seems hardware solutions are more suitable
Nice working!

I leave my other hand on the keyboard ready for keyboard commands. Besides, the way I move the mouse (with my wrist) is much more damaging then clicking.
