  • Amazing abs! Do you have any AB flexing videos to share?

  • @justin611611 I did do some ab videos for the VideoTeasing website (Super Suzie)

  • Very informative ill take this into account. By the way do you have an 8 or a 10 pack? :)

  • I don't think most trainers tell clients to 'draw' their stomach in during crunches for the purpose of their abs 'not bulging'. The old 'belly button to spine' is to engage the transverse abdominus to provide more stability and muscle activation in the core.

  • WOW! you have a awesome figure!!! Great disipline.

  • Chrissy I've been watching your videos off and on for a couple of years. They are by far the most informative. You are first and foremost an educator. You really know how to get a person's attention. You speak well, loudly and articulately enough...music's great, demonstrations, perfect. Thanks!

  • Thanks again Chrissy, btw nice abs.

  • @ChrisZFit maybe i should try that because i realllyyy want to be cut like you i eat very very clean all the time hardly ever cheat but i still have some carbs for breakfast and after my workouts sometimes like oatmeal or sweet potatoe but i keep my portions small

  • @FabDoll26 My only carbs are from fruit and veggies.

  • @ChrisZFit do you eat things like oatmeal or brown rice or you stay away from carbs you just get your carbs from fruits and veggies?

  • @FabDoll26 I only eat fresh foods: fruits, vegetables, meats and nuts. I don't stay quite this lean all year long, but I stay within 5 pounds of this weight so it is easy for me to diet down for my contests.
