Would any air force actually buy a turboprop attack aircraft in an age of jets? Hawker Beechcraft thinks so and is pitching the T-6 trainer as a candidate.

  • I think people think that speed means everything, but a craft that could go, slow (not actually that slow) and low could really give a upper hand in area where jets could not reach.

  • Well jet fighters tend to have alot of technical problems and cost ALOT of money I know countries like the united states and russia and china would not use them as attack aircraft but im sure smaller countries would and do.

  • why dont you guys just ask the colombian air force and other south american air forces how reliable are they. they've been usin EMB 314 Super Tucano aircraft for quite a while.and this one dont look no different
