  • is this in the key of B?

  • D same as orignal

  • This song is actually in G. A lot of people assume it's in D, but it's a V IV I progression. Notice the soloing is done in G major. Most people play a D at the end (like in this version), but Skynyrd would hold a big G.

  • "FYI, It's in D mixolydian. Look it up."

  • @MadeleineSlaney you're right too man

  • @MrJazzychords sorry other way around ; gmajor/eminor haha

  • @BackingTracks not really; gminor/emajor

  • Thanks for the cool track , right key and great track.

  • This band represents everything wrong with America all at once.....Them, Kid Rock, and Hip hop.

  • @gibsondude123 some people call it a C..... nuub.

  • @fotwunny yes bminor, (d major) same thing

  • to determine a song's key what tone/chord do you hear the most...that is what "key" mean's .So this song for example even though it starts on a "D' chord the tone/chord you hear the most is "G" so the song is in "G" that's why jamming in Em pentatonic works so well as well as G major Pentatonic.....take for example "cant you see" is the same chords basically D,C,G but you hear the D chord the most so that song is in the key of D and playing D major Pentatonic works so well.

  • @BackingTracks its g
