Kinda rare. From 1968, a Wacky Races promo used by CBS before the end credits of the Bugs Bunny-Road Runner Hour — designed to keep kids from changing the channel.
CBS was 78% H-B between '66-'71, with Filmation pulling in the remaining 22%. Plus, the H-B and Filmation Saturday Morning shows had the style/look of CBS, so you couldn't just move them to another network. I mean, admit it, WACKY RACES would NEVER play on , lets say, ABC, because it didn't have that "feel". Much like "SECRET SQUIRREL" was definately NBC, and NOT CBS. Same studio (H-B), but different "feel" for each network. (Much like FOX's Sunday night, now.)
If I recall this was part of CBS's Sunday morning cartoon line up. Back in the day CBS was trying to create a Sunday cartoon lineup. This was my favorite. Strong HB product. It could have held its own on Saturday morning.
IT DID hold its own on Saturday mornings, 'SOLISDEUS', from 1968 through 1970, later moving to Sundays for another season.
