  • I` WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU DO THIS TO MY 160LB CORSO OR MY 130 AMERICAN BULLDOG. if you feel this is adequate training for a puppy than YOU would have to shoot my dogs to survive an instructed attack. wrestle a trained protection your weight, then post a vid of that.

  • @DATGURLKIRSHELLA

clearly your a fool cause for one the Corsi should never be 160lbs unless its a xbred dog. For two maybe look at the rest of my videos and three this dogs life was saved, it was not a wrestling match or protection trained dog, it was a dangerous animal ready for death or some child was going to get hurt. Today she is a happy dog because of our work along with 2 other trainers that understand dogs. And most corsos r fear biters, I spent almost 15yrs with the breed. all lines.

  • Hi, Bandoggemastiff! I just wanted to clarify that my response was toward previous comments by other posters regarding Cesar Millan, not the man in this video (you?), and that although some people on the surface might think this appears similar to his approach, is uniquely yours, and I respect that. It is true that we should not comment on what we do not know fully about. I'm glad the dog is doing well!

  • @stareeagle Thank You. I agree each person has their own approach. However the person in this video is not a trainer but was being instructed by one and did do a few things I would not and was re directed at that time.

  • This is not CRUELTY!! What this guy is doing is simply teaching the dangerous dog, that he is the leader in a language she understands!! Just watch a pack of dogs, the Alpha dog always pins downs the lower ranking dogs, and if they move they are bitten hard.. The lower ranking dogs then fully respect the Alpha leading dog! Only when a dog ha accepted the owner rules can you have a loving trusting and loyal relationship! If you don't understand this you should not keep dogs what so ever!

  • 160 pounds?thats almost 80 kilos , i thought corso's werent supposed to be more than 50-60kgs

  • Hi, just wanted to say i admire your work. i hav a 14month old corso pup, who was right terror from a young age, but i used sum of ur techniques such as holding him to the floor and being on top. i learned from other sources that this establishes dominance. and it worked like a treat! my dog is one of the most well behaived and loving animals imaginable. there were times when i felt "this dog is too much" and was even willing to re-home him, but today he's loved by all, so i thankyou for this

  • @bandoggemastiff true everyone has their own approached, I have a male who's almost mature now and i've had to stared down, kick, grab and hold, force on his side, etc.. . to get him right, now he recognize me as alpha or leader, he is very calm and protective when need be and the most intelligent breed i've ever owned, I have three videos of him on youtube and his name is Kaos. Very dominant and stubborn, but now all it takes is a special look for him to straighten up!

  • Very good video! This guy handled the mastiff perfectly. Some viewers may say he was "abusive' or harsh but mastiff's are very different from most dogs, especially when being trained. If you dont own or train mastiff's then don't criticize the video because you have no clue what it takes to be a responsible owner of the mastiff breed.(They are not your typical dog so dont assume they are)

  • @superdupersonic i agree, ceasar brought this to everyone's attention. he may not have started this type of training, but because of him more trainers are doing this openly. ceasar rocks! this is a great video... ty for posting

  • While this can be tough to watch for some it is good to know that this dog was saved from an otherwise certain death. Congratulations to a responsible owner who was willing to do what was necessary to save his dog.
