I'm a nanny, and have used the ergo a few times at work before when I can't be bothered with the pram. Today, B 2.5 feel asleep in it for the first time when I've been carrying him. I had him on my front as my back gets sore because the chest straps aren't on it. I wanted to do the hood up to support his head as I was trying to make lunch for his older brother. The was when I realised that it attached to the chest straps! Such a pain! Can't buy replacements here in New Zealand! Thanks 4 the vid!
