  • @psycosis842 well you CAN use your legs, but the deadlift is really a posterior chain exercise. (glutes, hamstrings, lower back) notice how i ordered it. the glutes is the hardest working muscle to deadlift it up, where the lower back is not the hardest working muscle.

  • horrible technique, your supposed to use legs at bottom then back at top. but thats my opinion

  • @rogue8853 YES!, Running shoes are horrible for dead and squats. I always do mine in some chucks.
